Heyday Films

Heyday Films is a production company that produces British films, founded in 1997 by David Heyman. Heyman is the producer of the Harry Potter movie series, I am Legend and Yes Man.

Distributed by 20th Century Fox, its very first featured film was Ravenous, a horror film starring Guy Pearce, Robert Carlyle and David Arquette, directed by Antonia Bird.

Of course, the production's leading light is the Harry Potter movie series based on JK Rowling's Harry Potter novels. The series started with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in 2001, and ends with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 in 2011, giving them a total of 8 noteworthy films that hit the movie world.
